Foreword
In response to the pressing needs for dental services from the communities, Pok Oi Hospital has developed the new dental services in 2011. A dental clinic has set up to provide professional quality dental services to the communities at an affordable price. Dental services include scaling, filling, extraction, root canal therapy and prosthodontic treatment are available in the clinic.

In addition, Pok Oi Hospital is setting up three dental outreach teams, which are funded by the government, to deliver primary dental care services to the elderly residing in residential care homes and day care centres in Yuen Long, Tsuen Wan, and Kwai Tsing districts.

Service Objectives
1.        To provide quality dental services to the public and the under-privileged.
2.        To deliver outreach dental care services to the elderly.
3.        To promote oral health education to help improve overall oral care knowledge of the public.
