Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise the daily operations of the Education Services Department
- Responsible for the management and supervision of five Kindergarten / Day Nurseries
- Be the Committee Secretary and work well with related stake holders to stimulate and formulate educational related policies and programs;
- Coordinate and support the good governance of the school management committees, and supervises four affiliated primary and secondary schools to comply with regulatory requirements.
- Review and evaluate the effectiveness of our educational service development and make suggestions for improvement.
- Understand and study social and educational development trend, and formulate proper education policies and procedures to enhance the quality of professional education services.
- Establish good relationships with other institutions and seek various resources and cooperation opportunities.
- Perform other tasks assigned by CEO.
Job Requirements:
- A Hong Kong recognized degree or above, preferable in Education or equivalent;
- At least 15 years’ management experience in education service institution or school administration;
- Familiar with Education Ordinance and Policies as well as experience in dealing with Education Bureau will be an added advantage.
- Strong analytical mind and problem solving skills, proactive, enthusiastic and well organized;
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills in building a cohesive and professional teaching team;
- Excellent written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin, proficient writing skill.
