POK OI X OLD MASTER Q Online Run 2022

 

Pok Oi Hospital has launched “Pok Oi x Old Master Q Hong Kong Online Run 2022” to promote sporting culture and a healthy lifestyle during the pandemic, encouraging people to face the epidemic with an optimistic attitude and to relieve stress by doing exercise. With the VIRTUAL format of the “Online Run”, participants can enjoy running without venue restrictions; integrate exercise and charity elements into daily life while raising funds for Pok Oi Hospital’s social services, making the run more significant. Come and run around with the familiar Old Master Q and friends!

Participants can plan their own race, enjoy running without time and boundary. Finisher medal, certificate of completion, souvenirs, etc. will be obtained upon completion of designated mileage and fundraising challenges.

Register as a member on “Run2gather” website or mobile application, click “Join Now” and complete the payment process by following the instruction to participate in the “Pok Oi x Old Master Q Hong Kong Online Run 2022”.

Participants are required to use Run2gather or any other fitness tracking mobile application to record activity route and time.

 

Upload record method:

1. Run2gather mobile application (Record will be uploaded automatically.)
2. Garmin smartwatch
3. Participant who measured and recorded activity route using third-party fitness tracking mobile application shall upload the record(s) in the form of screenshots that clearly show the activity date, time, elapsed time (the time that participant starts recording the activity until the end of record), route and distance.

 

Participants are advised to make sure the “Location services” function is on and the tracked activity mode is ‘running’ before starting the activity.

 

Participants can plan their own race, enjoy running without time and boundary during the event period. Eligible activity record is calculated in every 1 meter, all activity records shall be measured and recorded by participant’s own devices and showed in mobile applications.

Participants shall upload their recorded activity record(s) to their individual account on the event website. The record shall upload automatically for participants who are using “Run2gether” mobile application. Activity record and route screen capture shall be uploaded to participant’s individual account manually for participants who are using third-party fitness tracking mobile applications.

HK$218 per head, targeting to complete 15KM running distance.

 

HK$6,800 per team up to 10 participants, targeting to complete 103KM running distance in total.

 

Both groups (Individual and Corporation & Teams) are opened to participants aged 3 or above. Participants who aged below 18 are advised to participate in the event with the accompaniment of his/her parent or guardian.

A limited edition Old Master Q finisher medal, Old Master Q ice towel and gifts will be awarded to participants who completed the designated challenge (individual group: 15KM; corporate and teams group: 103KM) on or before the cut-off deadline.

The following awards are open in both groups (Individual and Corporation & Teams), all participants are welcomed to compete in the following awards./span>

 

Individual participant and team who completed the longest running distance during the event will be awarded a certificate of appreciation and exquisite gift(s).

 

Individual participant and team with the highest fundraising amount during the event will be awarded a certificate of acknowledgement and prize(s).
