Background:
The self-finance unit of our Home has commenced service since 1997. We strive to provide round the clock residential service to the elders aged 60 or above, who are unable to live at home and require nursing and personal care in activities of daily living.
We accommodate 48 residents in 17 bedrooms, including single-room, double-room, room for four persons and room for five persons.
Aim:
In view of the demographic change in Hong Kong population, we targeted at those elders who are physically weak yet could afford for outstanding residential nursing care service.
Facilities:
-Located at the 4/F and 5/F of our Care & Attention Home Building, the self-finance unit occupied approximately 2,100 square meters.
-Each floor is designed with independent nurse station, dinning area and sitting area.
-Each room is equipped with air-conditioners, radiators, televisions, refrigerator, direct line telephone, bathroom and toilet.
-Individual bed-side table, wardrobe, bed-side lamp, rest chair, call-bell, electric socket and bedclothes.
-The self-finance unit also equipped with centralizes kitchen, Physiotherapy room, lift and Home van.
Service Scope:
-Regular visiting medical officer
-Round the clock nursing and personal care service
-Counseling service, social and recreational activities and dementia care service provided by registered Social Worker
-Individualized nutritious diet and consultation provide by Dietician

Elders aged 60 or above

Admission Procedure:
1. Applicants should fulfill all admission requirements.
2. Intake interview will be organized by our Social Worker and Registered Nurse to assess applicant’s health and psycho-social needs. Visit tour to our self-finance unit will be arranged to familiar the applicant with residential life.
3. Applicant must complete relevant medical check up as required by our self-finance unit, e.g. free from contagious disease.
4. Admission will be arranged as soon as the application is approved.
Discharge:
One month’s written notice or one month’s fee in lieu of notice.

Saturdays: 9:00AM to 12:00NOON
(Closed on Sundays & Public Holidays)
Visiting Hours:
8:00AM to 8:00PM everyday
