Service's Description

Mrs. Wong Tung Yuen District Elderly Community Centre was commenced on March 17, 1997 in providing a full range of community support services to healthy, vulnerable and frail elders as well as family carers. The Centre was upgraded to District Elderly Community Centre with Integrated Home Care Service Team on April 1, 2003. With the spirit of “active care and participation”, the Centre collaborates with other service units in the district in order to make better use of community resources to enable elders to continue to stay in the community and to lead a healthy, respectful and dignified life.
