Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare planning, lease document, funding proposals, consultancy agreement and works contract for renovation/construction projects
- Monitor the construction works programme and project budgets
- Coordinate with consultants, suppliers and contractors
- Support on standard guidelines for management system in organization
- Handle ad-hoc projects/ tasks as required
Job Requirements:
- Degree or above, major in Architecture, Engineering, Surveying, Property/Facility Management or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years relevant working experience in renovation/construction projects
- Experience in welfare sector or iso standard firm will be an added advantage
- Detail-minded, attentive to details and self-motivated with interpersonal skills
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
