Pok Oi Hospital, a charitable organization founded in 1919, has been participating in several government-funded development projects aiming at providing quality medical, social and education services to the community. We have successfully launched Kong Ha Wai Transitional Housing project (Pok Oi Kong Ha Wai Village (博愛江夏圍村)) providing 1,998 transitional housing units, by adopting MiC method, catered for the individuals and families awaiting public rental housing and households living in poor conditions. We now invite high calibre persons for the following posts for Pok Oi Kong Ha Wai Village situated at 71 Kam Sheung Road, Yuen Long.

Responsibilities:

  • To oversee and monitor the day-to-day property and facility management activities for the housing projects operated by Pok Oi Hospital (POH). Currently there are two transitional housing projects, i.e. Pok Oi Kong Ha Wai Village (博愛江夏圍村) and Pok Oi Sing Ping Village (博愛昇平村), providing a total of 2,599 transitional housing units for the eligible applicants.
  • To ensure all the properties and facilities provided in the Villages are well-maintained, safe to use and compiled with relevant codes and regulations.
  • To establish and implement controls to monitor the performance and compliance for the duties carried out of by the service providers in the Villages.
  • To work closely with POH Operations Teams as well as the property management companies (if any) stationed in the Villages.
  • To be able to set up on-site team(s) to provide property management services to the housing projects operated by POH as and when necessary.

Requirements:

  • A Hong Kong recognized degree in Property Management or equivalent.
  • Holding a valid Property Management License or members of MCIH, MHKIH is preferred.
  • At least 5 years’ proven working experience in the property management sector.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skill, strong analytical mind and well organized.
  • Mature, self-driven, flexible with strong client management skills.
  • Strong PC skills in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
