[Responsibilities:]
- Manage various large-scale fundraising activities, including: Pok Oi Cycle for Millions, Charity Run, large-scale concerts, etc.
- Manage various regular fundraising activities, including: Pok Oi Charity Show, Charity Horse Racing Cup, Go-Kart Racing, etc.
- Formulate and draft program plan, budgets, meeting documents, sponsorship materials, publicity plans for different activities, and follow up for programs’ implementation and actions review.
- Assist the Controller of Corporate Communications and Fundraising in managing department’s operations, including: personnel, administration, communication and supervision.
- Handle and coordinate external communication and liaison work with government departments, friendly organizations, sponsors, charities, etc.
- Meet different fundraising targets;
- Assist other service units in organizing ceremony related work.
[Requirement:]
- A Hong Kong recognized degree or above, major in Communications / Public Relations / Event Management / Marketing or related discipline.
- 10 years or above solid experience in organizing fundraising, charity activities and event management, minimum 5 years of managerial experience.
- Strong result-orientation and leadership skills for effective management of fundraising programs;
- Outgoing and proactive personality with strong coordination, communication abilities, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
- Willing to work irregular hours and able to work under pressure
- Proficient in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
- Excellent PC skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
