Responsibilities
- Responsible for corporate communications and corporate brand building including publication of marketing materials, media relations, promotional plans and corporate literature
- Work with the fundraising team to identify, invite, and interview families and stakeholders to collect and write a new series of stories for POH.
- Assist the Immediate Supervisor in consolidating relationships with media outlets.
- Collaborate with service centres to produce press releases and collateral materials for corporate communications.
- Plan, monitor, and analyze marketing performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize the effectiveness of communication campaigns.
Requirements
- Hong Kong recognised degree or above, major in Communications / Public Relations / Marketing / Journalism or related discipline
- At least 5 years of managerial experience in the field of corporate communications or journalism is a must.
- Experience in the NGO field is preferable, and familiarity with video production is definitely advantageous.
- Support social media marketing efforts to increase brand awareness, streamline brand voice, and generate inbound leads
- The candidate is responsible for executing the content strategy and producing creative content (e.g. landing pages, blogs, video scripts, newsletters, speech, press release, annual report, email copy, etc.)
- Responsible for bilingual copywriting, translating, editing, and proofreading with refreshing angles for social media, promotion campaigns, and digital platforms
- Work closely with cross-functional units to develop quality content for the website, social media, and publications, and contribute to Marketing & PR strategy
- Work proactively with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure the related content in high quality standard
