- Degree holder or above, major in HRM or related discipline.
- Minimum 15 years solid experience in all rounded HR functions, especially in payroll and benefits, HR system, preferably in sizeable non-government organization and knowledge of government subvention.
- Substantial management experience in managing different HR team staff;
- Have strategic and business partner mindset for organizational HR development;
- Managing C&B and HR system projects by working out with different departments ;
- Well versed in Employment Ordinance and related regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and liaising skills, strong analytical mind and well organized.
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Strong PC skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing.
- Immediately available is preferred.
