Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in setting up curriculum of management and other talent development programs, including management succession program, etc.
- Explore external training vendors and evaluate program quality to meet yearly training needs
- Maintain training records and evaluation analysis on a regular basis
- Provide logistic support on different training & development programs
- Assist in updating training policies and review training subsidy applications
- Conduct in-house orientation programs and external recruitment talks
- Design and implement yearly staff relations programs
- Participate in other projects as required
Job requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years relevant working experience in Training & Development
- Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese
- Creative, self-initiative, cheerful, good communication and coordination skills
- Strong PC skills in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese word processing
- Immediately available will be preferred
